Requests and price calculation

This is one of the main features of ServiCalc. The price calculation allows you to use the system to generate your proposals, service orders, list the commissions to the salespersons, generate price lists, purchase lists and many other activities for the daily management of your company to provide services and / or to sell parts for maintenance, installation or equipment assemblage. These are the main screens of the price calculation:

» Customer
You can use data from an already registered customer, or you can make proposals at loose or also to generate proposals for a generic group, which are used to a certain kind of customers. For example, if you use to make many small attendance at the counter, it is not necessary to register each customer individually: simply create a generic group for them, for example, “Customers at the counter”

» Equipments
It is the informations that the customer has provided for the completion of service. For example, if a device was left for maintenance you can write down the serial number, brand, model, description, general condition, damages and accessories that were delivered with the equipment.

» Requests or complaints made by the client
Enter here all supplied informations and requests made by the client. For example, if a device was left for maintenance, what are the defects. If this is a service request, what the customer wants and expects and so on.

» Services provided
Here the workshop can describe everything that was done at that service order. All operations performed, parts used, third-party services that have been contracted and everything else that could be relevant for calculating the price of the service or to inform the client of the work progress.

» Closing prices
This is a crucial point in the calculation. Here are the commissions from vendors, contractors and technicians who may work commissioned, the system of taxes, the expected profit of the transaction, the interest rates, contribution to the fixed cost of the company and the sale costs percentage. You can set a final price and calculate the profit margin or vice versa; you can change the tax system or the percentual sale costs and do the calculation on the contrary, finally, is this screen you can do all necessary adjustments when dealing with the client.
