The customer database of ServiCalc is used to store all the information of people to whom you provide services or parts. It is complete, containing not only the basic information but also the standard parameters for calculations, estimates, proposals and other documents that are generated by the system. In each screen you have a specific kind of information, such as:
» Contact In addition to the primary contact, you can register up to three additional contacts with their names, emails, phone numbers and addresses.
» Parameters Here is where you can personalize ServiCalc to your needs. For each of your customers you can inform the most used payment terms, salespersons with their committees, and even the 3 most common profit margins that you use to have with this customer.
» Charge address If the charge address for that customer is different from that one of the main address, then you can specify it here. It's possible to change everything, from fiscal data to the address, carrier, contacts and all the informations that can be related to a company.
» Delivery data If the delivery address is different from the main address, you can customize it here. It's possible to change everything, from fiscal data to the address, carrier, contacts and all the informations that can be related to a company.
» Observations Field to write freely here. Here you can register everything considered important, the agreements, the phone calls, contacts, promises and complains, if it is or not a good customer, care to be taken, who indicated, in short, everything you wish to register on it. This is very important, especially if more than one person is using ServiCalc because the information is available to all users who you allow to see this record.
