Work orders can be generated from an approved proposal or an internal estimate that has been made. They can be generated with a pre-defined price (pre-calculation and proposal) or with an open price (to be agreed later, according to the progress of the works).
Service orders accompany work within the company, serving to guide interested parties as to what has been agreed with the customer and what steps should be taken.
When the service is finished, the Service Order will be closed and the system will then be able to issue a DELIVERY RECEIPT for the customer to sign and conclude the service.
Service Orders are also used by the company to assess how much service is hired and what its prospects are for billing.
