After a customer service call is opened and a price estimate has been made, the system can generate the commercial proposal to be sent to the customer. Based on the client's records, what was requested and what was analyzed by the technician, a document is generated, which is registered and classified, containing the service provision proposal and respective remuneration for the technician. Once the proposal has been approved, the system will then be able to automatically generate a SERVICE ORDER that will guide the work progress within the workshop. When the service is finished, the Service Order will be closed and the system will then be able to issue a DELIVERY RECEIPT for the customer to sign and to end the service. The commercial proposal can be customized for each ServiCalc user, with contact details, salesperson, address and other information that he deems necessary.
