The customer database of ServiCalc is used to store all the information of people from whom you contract services or acquire parts. It contains not only the basic information but also the standard parameters for calculations, estimates, proposals and other documents that are generated by the system, such as:
» Contacts In addition to the primary contact, you can register up to three additional contacts with their names, emails, phone numbers and addresses.
» Parameters Here is where you can personalize ServiCalc to your needs. For each of your contacts you can inform the most used payment terms, salespersons, and any kind of information considered important.
» Observations Field to write freely, as much as you want. Here you can register everything considered important, such as the agreements, the phone calls, contacts, promises and complains, if it is or not a good customer, care to be taken, who indicated, in short, everything you wish to register on it. This is very important, especially if more than one person is using ServiCalc because the information is available to all users who you allow to see this record.
